"If there ever was..." was an exhibition in the Reg Vardy Gallery, Sunderland. These works inspired me to create a range of images with individual smells which are associated with the people on the canvas.

This installation gave me an idea of capturing smells in jars. Using a range of materials to create each smell, of a certain person or place, I have created a "memory bank" of jars.

The way Wicks has used different front for his text has created a unique image. I wanted a personal feel to my work so I hand wrote my lyrics.
